Useful information

Lectures start on Monday December 14 at 10:45 and end on Friday December 18 at 12:15 

Accommodation. The school takes place on the La Doua campus, at Villeurbanne. Number of hotels are available at Villeurbanne, Charpennes, the Cité Internationale or in the 2nd or 6th Lyon districts.

Count 57 to 65 euros/night, one breakfast includes, for a single bedroom appartment, and 98 euros/night for a two bedrooms appartment.

Financial support, fees. There are no registration fees.

For the members of the Labex Milyon, as well as for the participants supported by the organization committee, meal expenses are supported by the organizers.

Financial support will go first to students, PhD students, junior researchers.

Financial support request. The request is made in two steps. 1) Fill in the registration support, and indicate the type of support your request, as well as a tentative amount. 2) Send to nfs2015-supportrequest@sciencesconf.org an email with a résumé and (for the students and PhD students) the name and email of a researcher that could recommend you.
